The tuner is already set to Open E: play each string and get it green. Below, which strings change from standard tuning and their frequencies.
Tap “Turn on microphone” and play a note.
Sound is analysed on your device. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
The other strings stay as in standard tuning. Dropping several strings lowers the total tension and the neck shifts a little: go round once more when you finish.
The same intervals as Open D, a whole step higher, so the strings are under more tension. Used mostly for slide and electric blues.

The same tuner on iPhone, Apple Watch and Android, offline, with an instrument catalogue and every string turning green within ±5 cents. Plus a metronome, a spectrum analyzer and a chord and key detector. Free, no account.
Get it on Google Play Download on the App StoreE2 B2 E3 G#3 B3 E4, from the 6th string to the 1st, with the reference A at 440 Hz.
From standard: String 5: A2 → B2, 2 semitones up; String 4: D3 → E3, 2 semitones up; String 3: G3 → G#3, 1 semitone up. Use the tuner on this page, which is already set to the notes of Open E.
Not for one or two semitones down. If you go lower, slightly heavier strings keep them from going slack and buzzing.
